Liverpool star James Milner has surprisingly omitted Mohamed Salah when making an XI of his best teammates across his career.
With almost two whole decades of experience under his belt, James Milner has played with some of the biggest names in English football.
On top of playing for some of the biggest clubs in the country such as Newcastle United, Aston Villa, Manchester City and his current side Liverpool, Milner has also received 61 caps for England.
Milner’s best teammates XI, as chosen by himself, consisted of the following:
Goalkeeper: Alisson Becker.

Defenders: Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jonathan Woodgate, Virgil Van Dijk and Ashley Cole.
Midfielders: David Silva, Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard.
Forwards: Roberto Firmino, Alan Shearer and Sergio Aguero.
The surprise omissions from his team will be current Liverpool forwards Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, although in their place are three forwards of an extremely high calibre.
Milner will now focus on Liverpool’s weekend game at home against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday 29th of December at 6:30PM Egyptian time.
