Kylian Mbappe is a huge fan of the way Liverpool play
Mbappe has netted a staggering 81 goals in 110 appearances for the French champions since joining from Monaco in 2018, and despite admitting the World Cup winner is one of the best players in the world, Fabinho believes his arrival would cause a problem for Klopp.
“At this moment it would be a headache for Liverpool if we had him here because our attacking trio is very good,” the Brazilian told Sport Bible.
“But I know Mbappe’s quality, he’s already one of the best players in the world, so he would obviously improve any team. ‘Right now he plays for Paris Saint-Germain and we have to respect that.”
Fabinho, like Mbappe, also left Monaco in 2018, joining Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool in a deal worth £39million.
The midfielder emerged as one of the most important players in the Reds’ XI before an ankle injury halted his progress.
And he is confident Liverpool will win many more trophies as they close in on their first top flight title in 30 years.
“I might be too young to answer this question,” Fabinho added. “But in the last few years we have definitely been one of the best teams.
“You have to respect the numbers we’re achieving at the moment, even if you don’t want to talk about them. ‘Records and stats don’t make us the best, but if we carry on doing what we’re doing we will win trophies.
“Then we have to keep doing that season after season.”

We have 23 players with us," Klopp told the media, prior to Monday's session. "Apart from the longer-term injuries, I think they are all in. So, no Thiago, no Harvey, the rest are available… no new concerns in the moment. Hopefully it stays like this Porto's Chancel Mbemba is suspended, while Pepe is a doubt after missing training on Monday. "We will see tomorrow [Tuesday]," coach Sergio Conceicao stated, of the veteran centre-b...
